  The store was busy and the lines ring, however, Ruby and Christina took care of everyone and everything in an upmost professional manner.

  I called and asked if they had parts I was looking for and if they could hold it for me, which they did. I was able to get in and out in a matter of minutes

  I had the best experience on June 14, 2021 when I was at the AutoZone on New Bern Ave. I went to get my battery checked and I saw a young man going into the store that worked there his name is Alex H. I asked him if he could help me he said yes ma'am. He came back and checked the power in my battery and told me I needed a new one. We went inside he showed me the different prices and I purchased a new battery. Everybody in that store was happy & smiling happy to be at work. Alex H. had Chase to install my battery and he was very respectful like Alex H. They all had great manners being a Senior citizen I look for that when I patronize at every business. I would refer all my family & friends to this location.
