    Absolutely great service! Placed a service request with my warranty company on a Sunday and on Monday by 10 am, I received a call from the scheduler offering me a same day appointment! Matthew arrived ahead of schedule (which was great), and immediately fixed our leaking shower! I would definitely use this company again! Thank you Matthew for providing Grade A service!!!

    I had Grade-A Plumbing come to my house on two separate service requests.
    First time, they were assigned by my home warranty company to resolve my issue. They contacted me very shortly after I submitted my request within the same day and had an appointment set up the next day. Matt showed up on time and resolved my problem.

    He knew what he was doing and educated me on how to fix the issue if it happens again. I also consulted him on another problem that was terribly handled by another contractor and he provided his professional advice.

    His service and level of professionalism was great that I asked the warranty company for my other problem to be handled by Grade-A Plumbing.

    Second time, I missed their communication attempt, so I called and it was very easy to reach their office and set up an appointment a few days later (based on my availability).
    Luke showed up within the specified time window, inspected the issue and fixed it in a fairly short time although the task involved him getting under my house (crawl space) and replace parts.
    He also educated me on how to fix a minor issue I had in my toilet that I asked him about.

    Overall, I am very happy with their service and level of knowledge/professionalism and I do recommend them if asked.
