What an outstanding experience. I had been with the same national insurance company for over 15 years, and it was a good experience. However, a couple of recent issues prompted me to shop around. Being very familiar with Dave Ramsey I completed a questionnaire on his website and received a recommendation for only one company in my state. This process introduced me to Chris Johnson at Watchman Insurance Group in Raleigh, NC. I did my due diligence and obtained quotes from 3 other sources as well. Chris set me up with a bundled policy that provided the best rates of everyone I shopped, an annual savings of over 400 dollars. But the highlight of this review is to share my experience regarding the incredible customer service I received from Chris. He is highly professional, courteous, knowledgeable... I could go on and on. In a world of lackluster customer service, Chris Johnson and Watchman Insurance Group are next-level. In working with Chris, I can tell this is woven into their company culture. We all get surveyed and asked "Would you recommend us?" to which I generally think to myself that I have not really been given a reason to do so. But, based on my experience with Chris Johnson and Watchman Insurance Group the answer to that question is - Absolutely, hands-down, without question, YES!
