The industry and people today can be very tough on these guys and of course I can understand why. However, every time I slide by on the electric board to this location there is a certain gentleman who greets me with a great mood, positive mindset ready to help. Sure intention is great, but he delivers and makes me aware of possible promotions and such without being pushy or annoying. Have purchased a few phones, home internet, hotspot, no issues.

I went to upgrade my phone. I was told my bill would increase by $10. That made no sense because the new phone payment was within $1.00 of the old phone. When I asked for an explanation I was told, "they don't train us on billing". She suggested I go forward with the upgrade & then call Customer Service for an explanation. I'm sorry, that's not how I do things. If you can't explain it, simple, I' m not going to upgrade.
The only thing that saved this review is that the store Manager, Justin, called me to explain everything. After going thru it, my bill will only go up approximately $1 not $10. Thank you to Justin for taking the time to explain.

I had a great experience here. I was having an issue charging my phone for months and the sales woman fixed it in 2 minutes. They could have given me some sales pitch that my phone was no good but they did not. I trust this store and Verizon. They kept me as a loyal customer.

Food was very good! I had the Chicken Sienna, and I was a little hesitant at first, with the artichokes, but it turned out AMAZING. My bf got the steak and cheese and we split the calamari. Food tasted homemade and FRESH. So glad we chose this spot for Italian night. Definitely recommend.

I went here yesterday for the first time in a long time. I was craving Chicken Parm. I ordered that and a meatball sub. I got it to go and the service was excellent. The girl at the register was very sweet and attentive. I will definitely be back sooner than later 😊👌

We stopped in here on a Friday night 6:30 and we didn't have to wait and were sat right away. The place was busy with dining in and take out patrons. I ordered the homemade lasagna dinner plate with the house salad. The wait staff was excellent the food arrived timely and hot. The atmosphere was casual and overall we enjoyed it. If you're in the area and looking for Italian menu this is a great option. Enjoy!

The food here is absolutely divine! We ended up coming here due to no other restaurant having open reservations for Valentine's. I'm so happy we ended up at Cristo's, can't wait to go again! Their homemade bread and their homemade salad dressing and their chicken wings ...you have got to try it! Last but not least, the customer service was perfect! Sierra (our waitress) was great - please give her a raise! We will definitely be back.
