  Great location, super friendly staff, very nice accommodations, BUT no free wifi and no coffee in the room. Seriously?

  My family and I stayed at this hotel last weekend and had a 5 star experience! The AC in our home went out unexpectedly and before we knew it the house was extra hot. Upon arrival to the hotel, my husband was visibly unwell due to the heat. Shawn was at the front desk and immediately became concerned. Without question, he jumped into action pulling together beverages to help my husband stay hydrated and assuring us over and over that if we needed anything to please call. He also took the initiative to offer a late check out, which we really appreciated. This was our first time staying here and although we live locally, we will definitely be back! Thank you Shawn for your amazing customer service, hospitality and charm.

  My family just checked out of this hotel after a lovely stay. The hotel reopened about a week ago after the city of Raleigh closed all hotels. While there were several restrictions from the city, the hotel management didn’t miss a beat. The hotel was extremely clean and I was happy to see the enforcement of the mask requirement. The staff took every precaution to maintain the sanitary environment. We have a family of 4, so the larger room with 2 beds and a pullout was nice. I’m bummed I was not able to use the adjacent gym facility that the hotel has an arrangement with, but the city has not permitted the opening of gyms and fitness centers. I was able to run outside:)
  The location of this hotel is awesome!!!!!!!! In a quaint village with awesome shopping, restaurants, and across the street from more restaurants and a grocery store. Super convenient!!
  Starbucks, Target, vineyard Vines, Anthropologie, Southern Tide, REI, Chick Fil A, Panera, Kilwins, Bartaco, Ruth’s Chris and more!!! Even a farmer’s market on Saturday mornings. And.... FREE PARKING! A win-win all around!!!! If our travels bring us back to Raleigh, we will certainly stay here!

  My SO and I have always wanted to stay at this hotel and we were finally able to have a night away! Hotel was very nice and clean! I had the pleasure of having Conor check me in at the front desk! What a great representative, he was so kind and helpful! Emily and Arron were also very wonderful. The bed was very comfy and the room was spacious, it was hard falling asleep due to the road noise but that’s to be expected being next to the highway. However, we decided we would get room service for breakfast, we placed our sign outside our door but unfortunately no one came and got it off the door the night prior. We called in room service instead, the food was alright, more on the cold side but very pricey ($65 dollars for two people). Next time we will venture out into the shopping plaza for brunch.
