This is definitely the place to come to resolve many pain issues. For me it was my back and my right foot and ankle. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful. Dr. Hightower is extremely knowledgeable and caring. He always took time and never seemed to rush. Overall, it is a 5 star plus experience.

I was referred to Dr. Hightower through my daughter who was having back issues. One visit and her headaches were gone. Years later, I am now a patient and a very satisfied one. To be greeted by a doctor’s office in 2023 is unheard. Even Dr. Hightower greets you. He and his staff are genuinely pleasant people.

I work from home and so my neck and back are constantly not aligned. I have issues with sleeping and usually wake up with stiffness, sometime headaches and even sinus issues, all a result of not being aligned. After 3 weeks, I can tell a significant difference.

Dr. Hightower is knowledgeable, and understands the problem (he actually felt where I needed to be adjusted) and fixed it.

I am very pleased and will continue to get adjustments with Midtown Chiropractic.

Dr Hightower is the best around a friend of mine who is a wake county sheriff regularly sees Dr Hightower he recommended me when I had a pinched nerve in my back and was told I would have to have surgery to correct I went to Dr Hightower and in 5 or 6 visits it was no more pain that was about 2 years ago I continue to have no pain in my lower back and no more numbness or tingling in my legs I still to this day see Dr Hightower for neck and upper shoulder adjustments he’s simply in my opinion is the best all of his staff including him have the upmost concern for your health and general care and concern for you as a patient please give Dr Hightower and chance to make your way of life a 100% better I appreciate everything he does for me as one of his patients thank you from the bottom of my heart Doc your the greatest.

Dr Hightower is the best! And the ladies there are fantastic! They are all so endearing and care for your well being. And they love getting to know you and aren't pushy. Dr Hightower explains what he is doing and why, and why you might be experiencing certain symptoms.

I am completely satisfied with the care and service I have received at Midtown Chiropractic. Dr. Hightower and his staff are always friendly and welcoming. I have regained improved movement and pain relief in my back, shoulder and neck after only a few visits. I highly recommend this practice!!!
