Her tenacity in dealing with our lender gave us the much needed confidence to know our closing would not carry over to another day. To say she was patient & empathetic to our needs is an understatement. She was so much more. A favorite quote comes to mind for the 4 hours we got to spend with her last week (5:30-9:30PM) "The darkest nights produce the brightest stars" Abby was without a doubt our bright star.
