  There are not enough words in existence to describe just how incredible Christa is as a realtor!! Christa takes her job seriously and gets the job DONE. We are so lucky to have had her guiding us and fighting for us in our home search. Thanks to the military life, we have moved many times and this was by far the best experience we have ever had with a realtor. Christa has a keen attention to detail when it comes to numbers, knowing her clients, and researching properties. All I can say is "Wow!" In this crazy housing market, we expected to have to lose many attempts at offering on homes but that was before we met Christa. She is truly a powerhouse, miracle worker. She makes it look flawless even when she is doing SO much behind the scenes to get her clients the perfect homes and deals. It's rare to find a realtor with quite literally zero flaws, and that is Christa. If you use her, you will not be disappointed!!

  Christa went above and beyond in assisting us in selling our home. We had tried with multiple realtors before hiring her and everyone else came up short. It's hard to describe the amount of work she put into making the house "feel" better to the potential buyers. It's equally hard to describe the way that feeling generated offers and eventually a sale of the home. If you are reading this review you can stop and just call her, she will not disappoint.

  Christa has been the BESt Realtor we could ask for. She was professional, extremely attentive to all our needs and desires in a home. We realized pretty quickly after beginning the search process that what we were looking for in a new home was what she would call a unicorn. She spent so much time showing us homes and walking through the process and was incredibly patient as we kept changing our minds. The process of finding a home can be very overwhelming and Christa took all the worry out of it for us. Christa was spot on in locating us homes that were pretty perfect and she miraculously found us our UNICORN home ! We are deeply grateful for her perseverance and hard work and her detailed approach to making sure every detail was taken care of in the closing. I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Christa and I highly recommend her.

  I can say with 100% certainty we would have given up on buying a home if it wasn’t for Christa. My wife and I were first time homebuyers, and during our very initial conversation with Christa she gave us all the info - good and bad - about the risks of buying a home. But she also connected with us on a personal level and very quickly figured out the type of home situation that would suit us best.
  
  Our homebuying journey had several bumps in the road (none due to Christa), and that’s where Christa’s experience really came in handy. She knew how to navigate each difficult situation (delays with closing, sellers not owning up to their end of the contract) with tact, swiftness, and humility.
  
  Christa responds to emails and texts faster than you can shoot them off to her, and she knows how to keep it fun and lighthearted too even during the tense moments of waiting to hear back on an offer or counteroffer. All of her connections (lenders, inspectors, lawyers) were top tier as well.
  
  More than anything, Christa is just a good person and one who always operates with the interests of her clients in mind. There were several times in this process where my wife and I would’ve given up hope on a house but Christa persisted on our behalf. As a result, we’re in our dream home and excited to make it our own. So don’t bother calling any other agents- talk to Christa and you’ll be in the best hands.

  Christa was an absolutely integral partner in our search for our first home. I mean partner in the fullest sense of the word - she was truly on our team and with us every step of the way. She was forever going far above and beyond what we expected. She is thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and trustworthy. She also works more diligently than almost anyone I’ve ever encountered. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her on anything at all; whatever it is, she’ll knock it out of the park.
