Some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I stopped by the Raleigh location off Gresham Lake Rd. Brian was at the front desk and greeted me. I was looking for rock for driveway and pathways. He took my dimensions and double checked my math which was great because I was a bit off. He pulled up pics on his phone so I could see what the different gravel would look like. As we were discussing delivery, Brian looked up my house on Google maps and informed me that my driveway was too small for delivery and there were utility lines in the way of the dump truck. Instead of just taking my money and making the issue my problem he discussed with me different options. I was very impressed with his friendliness and great customer service skills. I will definitely buy from them for all my rock and stone.
