I called Olde Raleigh Roofing needing gutter repair. The area that needed the repairs was on the second story and was way too high to consider doing it myself.

I called to schedule an appointment and was told that they could come out in a few hours. I wasn’t at all sure that they would take a small job like this. So, I was very surprised at the responsiveness.

The quality of work was outstanding and the repairman was very thorough.

Olde Raleigh has good stats in the BBB listing, and the complaints against them in Google reviews and the BBB seemed to have gotten resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. They were head and shoulders above the rest in the reviews and comments I found. There are some companies that seem to run repairs as an accidental sometimes thing. Olde Raleigh seems committed to doing a good job on what the customer needs. I like that.

Olde Raleigh responded to a roof leak at my home on the same day of request. Roof was inspected and repair options were summarized in a way that was clear and concise. The owner never made an attempt to upcharge me, he only focussed on fixing my problem and prolonging the life of my roof. I would recommend this company to others who needed similar service.

Checked out my roof and found I didn't need to replace it yet and check back with him in 1 or 2 years could have saved me thousands
