Have been at NRCF for over 3 years. Gym is very diverse and inclusive of all fitness types. Offers scalability based on where you are in your journey to maximize your full potential. Coaches are great as well.

Best gym! probably not just in our area :) great coaches, new equipment, friendly atmosphere and best prices. Every time I walk in, it feels like this is my family where everyone is welcomed. Definitely my happy place :)

Dropped into a class while traveling for work. The first thing I observed was how friendly the staff and fellow participants were. After a number of introductions and conversations I felt as though I had been a longtime member here. I consider myself fit, but a beginner in CrossFit. They welcome all different ages and fitness levels, and the diversity of the class shows it. Jason, the class leader was extremely helpful with my form through the different exercises, showing me the proper form rather than just allowing me to muscle through the workout. I recommend this place for anyone, at any level, and will totally be visiting again to help break up my routine the next time I am in the area.

Dropped in while in Raleigh for work. Great coaches and community that are very welcoming! Plenty of equipment and a good variety as well. I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area!

I stumbled upon Neuse River about a year ago and I can honestly say it’s changed my life. You have an amazing supportive community of people who truly include everyone and want everyone to succeed. From the owner John to the entire coaching staff they ensure proper technique and build you up as an athlete.
