AT&T Store

As a new customer to AT&T, I was hopeful that my decision to switch phone carriers was a good one. Well, it didn’t start off so good; In fact it was the exact opposite. Within a week of signing up and receiving phones in the mail, I wanted to cancel the service before it got started. Went into the first retail store and was told they couldn’t help, I needed to call customer service; called customer service for help and they told me to go to retail store for the help…frustrating! Chose the second time around to go to the Capital Blvd store and the service I received from David and Peter helped to change my mind about canceling the order. They showed friendly and courteous customer service from the start. Peter helped facilitate the correction and activation of phones and clear up all the problems and mistakes that the order had.

It was a pleasure to be assisted by Jasmine U. She is very genuine and knowledgeable. I came in with the idea of switching my service and left with a contract, iPhone 13 and a few accessories. I left pleased with my purchase. She helped me save money and I couldn’t appreciate the service from her more. Will definitely recommend her to friends and family! Thanks Jasmine!

Miss Jasmine was simply fantastic. She saved your company from loosing me and my entire family as customers. She is extremely customer oriented and goes the extra mile to assure me that my issues would be taken care of . And they were. You need more like her. Thank you miss Jasmine
