I have been with Ben and Nina for many years. They have been so patient with me through everything and I trust them 100%. Nina is always welcoming and helps me with anything I ask. She is always there to give me a pep-talk even in my darkest of times. Ben has been my savior. He sees me any time I need him and makes me feel like everything is going to be ok. I don't know where I would be in my mental health journey if it wasn't for him. He gives me the strength to keep fighting!!!

I have been seeing Ben Jeffery for a couple years now and he has been nothing but understanding and committed to helping me through my mental health journey. Since childhood I have struggled with depression, anxiety and insomnia, and when I couldn't manage it any longer I knew that I needed to seek help; Thankfully I found Ben!
After every appointment I've had with Ben I leave feeling supported and listened to; unlike other doctors I've seen, including breast specialists who couldn't be bothered talking me through my mammograms and breast biopsy results. The fact that he TRULY listens to my words, even the unsaid ones, allows him to adjust my medications based on my current mental state and what I need to be successful in my therapy sessions. I've even called the office when suicidal and Nina talked me through it and ensured that I saw Ben ASAP.
Nina has been a resource that I've leaned on when I'm struggling mentally. I know that she honestly cares about me as a person and not just as a patient. She's down to earth and easy to talk to, which is helpful for someone who struggles with communicating.
Thanks to Ben, I have been properly diagnosed with PTSD and am finally receiving the help that I need. He has supported me through some of my toughest struggles with PTSD so far. Honestly, I wouldn't be here writing this review if it wasn't for Ben and Nina's support and encouragement.

Ben and Nina are absolutely beautiful souls who truly care about their patients, which is why I don't have a single negative thing to say. I HIGHLY recommend seeking them out for help!

I've had to cancel appointments a handful of times and Nina has always been understanding and accommodating; you need to give respect in order to receive it. I've always tried to give them as much notice as possible since a cancelled appointment could go to someone else struggling.

**FYI** Let's stop and think about the fact that we are all experiencing hiccups due to COVID-19, this also pertains to mental health providers. It's supply and demand at this point; if you have a sudden increase in the amount of patients but the number of providers stays the same, you're going to find it difficult to be a new patient.
