My wife and daughter all new patients here. All of the staff were very helpful prompt and friendly. They got us in quickly and the manager was great Jennifer helped streamline this process for us all. The provider Abby was amazing and personable. Highly recommend!
I went in a little nervous after reading the reviews.. I was gonna bring donuts to lighten the mood, but I would have been late! I instead went in with a kind attitude and I was welcomed by everyone I came in contact with at the New Bern office. I actually felt more comfortable with how laid back and kind they were. Instead of a cold stuffy facility I felt like I was in a family environment. I’m looking forward to more visits during the duration of my pregnancy. Thank you to the staff for all you do!
