Cheryl Hendrick was our sales person. She was very helpful in selecting the carpet and she was time conscious in assuring our order, delivery, and installation went as planned. Charlies and Joe were our installers they handled everything in a efficient, professional manner including the moving of our furniture, the removal of the old carpet, and the new installation. We are very satisfied with our experience at Brentwood Carpets and will continue to use them in the future.

We met with Drew in the Raleigh showroom. The amount of flooring options was the best we have seen. Drew listened to what we wanted and led us in the perfect direction. He came out, measured our space and ordered our flooring. The flooring came in when we were told it would. The customer service from scheduling install to install was great. Matt and his team were professional, neat and did an awesome job. We are extremely pleased with our finished project and will be happy to recommend Brentwood Carpets. I redecorated my daughter's room and could not be more pleased with the carpet. Sarah was helpful and patient in walking me through the wide selection of carpets, pointing out the pros and cons of various patterns and designs for a little girl's room. She also explained in detail carpet seams and gave me several options of carpet installation that would minimize seams. For us, she cleverly hide the seams in the closet and you could never tell that it was not one solid piece of carpet in the room. It looks amazing.. The installation crew consisted of 2 skilled technicians who left the house completely clean. They were professional, fast, and on time. Yes, we did pay more in comparison to using a big box company, but I whole heartedly believe you get what you pay for, and for us that was quality and exceptional professionalism. We plan to renovate our bonus attic and will not entertain any other company.
