Sal and Antonio were great. Id highly recommend them! Sal took care of me and fixed a problem another store created. Antonio got my new tires put on quickly. Couldn't have had a better experience!

I had a screw in my tire and was getting a flat tire quickly on the way home. I called several places that were opened but no one would fit me in to patch my tire so I could get safely home, until I called Pep Boys. Their response was “of course we’ll check things out for you, come over!” I am so thankful to Salvador and Rayvon who took good care of me and had me back on the road safely in no time! It’s nice when people still take pride in the work they do and the service they bring. Thanks Pep Boys!

Sal was so awesome. It was super busy but he got the customers in and out. Not to mention i came an hour before closing he did not turn me around. I called three other locations in the area who would not service me until tomorrow. Very educated with the services provided. I will back at the location. Thanks again. Now i can go to work on time without trying to schedule a service during work hours.

The customer service I received today. Was above and beyond any service I have received. At any Car repair shop. The staff is very friendly and the store is very clean. Customer lounge was clean there were refreshments for us as we wait. The team here greets on a timely manner. I can truly say this is a place that I will be doing my business with. I would like to thank Brandon for excellent customer service!!!!!
