North Carolina Farm Bureau

My parents house was recently robbed. I’m not going into all the details, but it was bad. My elderly parents were very upset. I also worried how Farm Bureau was going to treat my parents.
Jason Vandiver came to their house two days after receiving paper work. He was patient and listened to our concerns. He answered all questions in a polite and professional matter. He had the investigation closed later that day, and my parents had a check three days later. And although my parents would have much rather have their belongings back; Jason made them feel not all was lost. I would recommend Farm Bureau for home owners insurance to anyone, and if all the agents are as caring as Jason; it’s a decision you won’t regret. Side note; important to have cost to replace (such as my dad) It’s very affordable with Farm Bureau. I’m glad they had recommended to us years ago.
