Capel Rugs Raleigh

I was in Raleigh visiting friends and they recommended Capel for some area rugs. I went and was impressed first with the immediate welcome from Sid, and second the vast selection and price ranges. I ended up purchasing three rugs at an unbeatable and unbelievable price. I hope to be back for a few more. The customer service is outstanding as well.

Great shop. Very patient while e looked around for rugs. They've got rugs in every price point and has somethings not typically at At Home, Lowes, Homegoods etc. I'd stop here before going on line first. You'll save a lot of shipping if you don't like the rug and they have a 30 day return policy

Great selection and high quality. Always have a good laugh when I'm there. The lady with the hat is a hoot.

When I arrived at Capel I was immediately greeted by Dana, the salesperson who helped me. She showed me where the different kinds of rugs were displayed and pointed me to the ones I had specific interest. I was amazed at their selection and more importantly their incredible prices. My husband and I bought 2 area rugs that day. We had been searching online for over a year and with the selection at Capel, we were able to find what we wanted for 2 large rooms. I highly recommend Capel Rugs for their quality, selection and incredible service.
