Love this place! Very fast with maintenance issues, very personable. Cindy, in the leasing office greeted me by name when I walked into the leasing office(I didn’t even know hers at the time!) Mona is very sweet and cares! The staff is great. Love living here :)

Mona and the whole team in the office are great! The maintenance team are nice and quick to fix whatever is needed. The apartments and parking areas are clean! It is in a prime location with Target a mile away and Walmart is right across the street! It is a great place to live!

I have lived at pinewinds apartments for 4 years. It's one of the nices place in the area. I love the size I looked around in the area and the It's the best price for the size . The staff are amazing the ladies in the office always greet you with a smile and if you having a bad day they take the time to ask if they is any thing they can and always willing to help solve any problems that you have with your apartment. I consider that as friends and well as my landlords. They are the best. The maintenance staff is wonderful and and when you have a problem they are very quick to cone and see what wrong and fix it night or day such wonderful guys. A WONDERFUL place to call home. I just recently moved to this apartment complex, I was assisted by all property managers. Cindy has been a great help. The area is quiet, my apartment was prepared nicely before moving in. I had some minor concerns after moving in and spoke to Cindy, and she got it taken care of within the same week. I am very satisfied 👍🏾

I've been a resident of Pine Winds Apartments for 6, going on 7, years now and have been overall very satisfied with the company. The apartments are roomy and regularly maintained, maintenance calls are handled quickly, and as long as your rent is on time the landlords mostly leave you alone. Despite minimal contact over the years and the size of the complex, they've even gone out of their way to remember my name on sight. The only real complaint that I have is the lack of overhead lighting in bedrooms and living rooms. I've gotten used to lamps everywhere but the bathrooms, kitchen, and dining area, which are all lit, so nothing but a minor inconvenience. The pool is clean, the gym is small but well maintained, the landscaping is well maintained, the neighborhood is friendly and about 15 minutes from anything in Raleigh, Cary, Garner, and Fuquay-Varina.
