The insurance industry can be confusing and unintelligible. Robert can explain policies in such a way that even I can understand. He is also very personable.

I was referred to Robert Jones with CIS late in 2019 after struggling with BCBS. I switched in January 2020 after Robert and I went over several options. Robert made the options straight-forward and easy to understand. I was spending $630/mo for my family on BCBS with a $7,500 deductible. I now pay $485/mo for my family with $0 deductible.
I’ve just been to see a Dr. for the first time this year (I’m fortunate to have good health). The plan that I’m on has $0 co-pay and pays up to a specific dollar amount per visit. My Dr charges only 25% of the allowed amount so I received a check from the insurance company for the remainder. I’ve started a savings account and will use that money for medical, should I need it.
I am abundantly grateful I was referred to Robert and CIS for health insurance. Especially this year with my COVID job loss.
