Loved living in my Walk to State property - Katya and Matt were always accomodating and timely with needs. House was affordable and in good condition. Definitely one of the best run property management companies in Raleigh.
Walk to State is a very good property manager. They are responsive and on top of things for renters and appear to handle landlord issues well. Ms. Popa in particular is calm, timely and spot on with her descriptions. That helps for video tours if an IRL tour is not possible. A pleasure to work with!
Walk to state has a very responsive staff and quick on resolving maintenance issues. They are always ready to help. Katya is friendly and goes above and beyond to help the residents. I’ve had a good experience here.
I am a new house renter through Walk To State and they have been absolutely amazing. We had a super quick turn around with the application and lease sent to us. They have also helped us with any issues we’ve had and have been extremely responsive whenever we need anything! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a home!
Ok, this place is amazing. Katya has been such a Star and has helped us through every step of moving in. My roommates and I love the place, and while we have had a few minor bumps in the road, walk to state has been able to help us through each road block. They were also extremely patient and understanding of our situation since our NCSU was being quite unpredictable about their housing (because of coronavirus). I feel like I can call them with any question in mind and they usually have an answer. If they are not sure of the answer, they will go and find out the answer for you. Thank you so much walk to state! And thank you especially to Katya and Matthew :)
