Then after waiting 25 minutes we finally got the food we ordered and paid for…. Dang people that’s too long! Hay de mi! Quiero comer hay! Ok so it was served hot fresh and very good and the salsa was perfect! (Full disclosure- it seemed expensive to me because I live half the year in the Philippines). Prices are reasonable for the area and the amount served.”

Parking can be a pain but they run shuttle buses to the school down the road so efficiently the folks at Disney would be impressed. “We rented an apartment from Rhyne in August, 2015, and extended our lease through August, 2018. Then, after recently searching for a home, my wife and I found out that we would be closing on a new property in February 2018, 6 months before our lease ended. I was worried about being on the hook for rent through August! Fortunately, Crystal Howell was a pleasure to work with throughout this entire process. She was very kind and courteous when we met her and first became tenants, and she was always very professional in our dealings through the years. When we had to file an early notice to vacate, she helped us through the process immensely, advertising the apartment and answering questions about the lease takeover process multiple times. She reassured me when I was worried we would be on the hook for 6 months rent even after we moved out! In addition, over the past 2 years I have been very satisfied with Rhyne's maintenance program. Generally, all maintenance requests that I submit are taken care of in a few days. When we had safety related problems with our back deck, they came out and fixed broken and sagging boards. On the two occasions where I have filed an urgent maintenance request after hours (1. heater went out during cold weather and 2. sewer backup had water pouring out my toilet), Wes the maintenance manager has emailed or called me almost immediately to let me know what he could do and when.”

“I love the washhouse I wash my clothes here every 2wks but the washhouse is more than jus any old laundromat when I'm waiting on the bus and it's either to cold or too hot outside the washhouse is right there I can sit and wait they got heat and air TV WiFi and bathrooms and although the homeless be chilling there they don't really bother nobody and the workers do their best to get rid of the folks jus hanging around but for the most part the washhouse be lit I love it ❣️”
