(January 4, 2023, 1:17 pm)Nice people, excellent workmanship. Just had communication issues during the installation, which is partly my fault. The younger guy, sales/counter, I think he was new. I just didn't understand what he was saying, why it would cost more than the quoted amount. Then i got home and checked it out, and then I understood. I was ok with spending more. Like I said, I just didn't understand. If I saw it rather than the verbal descriptions, I would have been ready to go... The fabrication guy went into exactly what I wanted.... plus more that I didn't know I wanted. I am very pleased, and I will share with others my experience.

We had some trouble diagnosing my audio issues and they took on the challenge. They did an amazing job helping me locate the issues in my Landcruiser and were beyond Professional. Thank yall again!
(November 1, 2022, 12:20 pm)Miranda and the guys at High Output Audio ARE THE BEST!!! I was in an accident back in MARCH and it has been a nightmare dealing with insurance!!! They fixed my sound system LIKE NEW!!! It was “yelling” at me for months and they were STUPID FAST and made the whole process so easy, I didn’t even have to deal w the insurance company anymore they took care of everything!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their 2 locations for ANY of your audio needs!!! Thanks Miranda and guys, I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU!!!
(February 12, 2020, 1:49 pm)Such a great experience I had it High Output Audio of Garner. I got some tint done.. fantastic job on the headlights and taillights. At the same time in a one day turn around they did an awesome job painting my calipers a custom blue! I could not be happier with the ENTIRE staff and will be returning for car audio enhancements in the future. Keep up the great work everyone, thank you again!
