Katie found our “farmhouse” that we were looking for. She was extremely knowledgeable about researching homes and what to look for that could cost us money down the road. She coordinated all the logistics and teamed up with great vendors to provide the services needed during the process. She is a fantastic negotiator trying to save you the most money she can. Truly can not say enough good things about her!
Johnny and Meg sold our home. They told us what to fix and what not to before listing which saved us money on things we planned to do but were not needed. The photographer they team up with is incredible! The pictures and drone video made our house look perfect! In the end we had 13 offers all above asking!!! The whole process with the Meg was flawless and we felt like we were in great hands.
My wife and I highly recommend Chappell Residential to anyone who is considering buying or selling a home!
