It didn't matter how many times I called, texted, or emailed, he was always patient, professional (and most importantly) helpful in answering all of my questions and guiding me in the right direction. Rob's extensive knowledge of the Raleigh market was a valuable resource as I had a large search radius and struggled to know where to start. He quickly tweaked my search filters to narrow down the best options. Rob also did a great job giving me and my wife space and freedom to talk through our house tours. He would typically walk ahead of us performing his own "inspection" then circle back to answer questions and help us process features we liked and disliked about the house. I found myself asking his advice on everything from mortgage rates to paint colors to septic risers. We ended up with a for-sale-by-owner which Rob expertly negotiated. I truly felt he wanted what was best for me and my family and I will reference Zelem Real Estate to friends and family any chance I get. The Transaction Manager, Angel, also did a wonderful job. She was consistently checking in with helpful instruction and reminders to ensure the closing process went smoothly (which it did!).

I purchased my home through Zelem Real Estate and sold it 2 years later with them. You will not find ANY team in the RDU and surrounding areas that are as easy and seamless to work with. This market is insane and the last thing anyone needs is an agent who makes to process harder than it is already.
