(April 15, 2020, 3:19 pm)I called the branch today because mobile banking, online banking, and 800-number wait times were offline or overloaded. I spoke with a really nice associate who explained the situation to me and was more than helpful in offering to get me any account information I needed. It was nice that even though it's not their job to deal with online support, he was happy to help and didn't make me feel like a bother. I have been a BB&T customer for ten years now and have always appreciated their friendly service. Overall, this branch is in a nice location. I feel safe visiting the ATM after business hours/at night. I have also always had very nice interactions with the staff when I need to do an in-person transaction.
