From taking the initial measurements and getting me a quote for blinds in a townhouse to the actual installation, they were very efficient and quality of the service and final product were excellent. Everything was great from measurements and deciding on material, colors, and inside/outside window frame with Sarah, to final measurements with Ben, and installation with installers. Installation was exceptionally excellent, as the installers went above and beyond to adjust the tension on the shutters to make sure they all functioned perfectly and made touch ups to make them perfect. Everyone went above and beyond my expectations.
