Sunny's Diner

This Diner is attached to a gas station but don't let that fool you. Give it a chance, they serve really good food.

Let me start by saying I'm usually don't care to frequent places that may draw a large crowd but Sunny's had ample space. The server was pleasant. The food came out fast, fresh and delicious! Check them out!

I'm from a very small town up north, and Sunny's Diner felt so much like home! I loved the inside with the checkered tile floor and the red tables/booths. We came here for breakfast after a hike at Umstead, and it was just what we needed! I had a Western Omelet, and it was great. Their menu is somewhat limited, but that didn't bother me. Great food for a great price!

Happened upon Sunny's Diner and glad we did. Open 7 - 4pm, serving breakfast - lunch style menu with classic diner items with a few unique features. Staff was very helpful and patient with first time customers who couldn't make up their minds. Food was delicious with generous portions, reasonable prices, and came quickly once we finally decided! Would certainly love to catch another meal at Sunny's!
