(March 29, 2020, 6:02 pm)We used them to change the locks at our business. They offered a special key set that is perfect for our needs. The price was reasonable. They showed up on time and stood behind their work. Later when a key felt sticky, they came by and adjusted the lock at no charge. Will continue to work them for all our needs!

(November 19, 2018, 12:23 pm)I have used Cox for years and always had great service. They re-keyed a door lock for me and Ive had numerous duplicate keys cut there. Staff is always courteous and service is fast.
