“*WARNING: THIS IS GOING TO BE LENGTHY REVIEW** I went to this store to have my new tires mounted. First, their "Sales Manager" Marcus told me the day before (Friday) that he had to order my tires and they would be in the next day (Saturday) he told me he would call me Saturday once the tires were delivered to let me know, I NEVER GOT A CALL FROM HIM! I called and was told the tires were there. We got to the shop around 3:30 PM and was told there was one other person ahead of us. As we sat in the back at the table (that I cleaned off with clorox wipes) the conversation taking place at the front was NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. Fast forward my car is now in the back getting the new tires mounted (we were the last car), it was taking unusually long to just mount my new tires (I was not getting rims) all of a sudden I heard constant banging which seemed unusual to me, so I decided to go to their back showroom and I followed the sound of the banging. As I approached there were two young men by my lifted car and I heard one of them say to the other "you fu*!ed it up" . In that moment I asked what did he f&!k up? they were both startled to see me standing there. They banged on the lug nut so much and so long and used the wrong tool to try to get it off that they STRIPPED IT and could not get it off (they did not have the proper tool). It was obvious to me at that point that the people they have in the installation area are inexperienced, unprofessional, young and immature. Had I not gone back there to follow the sound of the banging I would not have known what was going on. The worst part about it, NONE OF THEM COMMUNICATED to me that something was wrong. The Store Manager; Darrius had stepped out for a moment. I was told by one of the staff members (a Hispanic guy with glasses that sits at the front counter) they COULD NOT make a decision to use a "POWER TOOL" to get the stripped lug not off without the Store Managers approval. My take on that, they DID NOT have the proper tool! Work was halted on the last tire to be changed until the Store Manager, Darrius returned. When the Store Manager Darrius returned they began to tell him what happened but they were speaking in a low tone almost in a whisper, again I got up from the back table and walked up front to hear their account of the event. I explained to Darrius what I heard that made me walk to the back as well as what I heard the young men say. I explained to Darrius that my upset was that NONE OF THEM COMMUNICATED ANYTHING TO ME. Darrius suggested that I take my vehicle to a tire shop to have the new tire mounted and whatever the cost RimTyme would reimburse me. My question after his suggestion was: how do you know I have money to do that? He then suggested that they would pay for it. I asked that they call someplace get the quote and we could move forward. They called PepBoys got a quote, Darrius gave me the cash I went down the street to them. They removed the "stripped" lug nut, mounted the new tire and I was ready to go in less that 30 minutes. They had the Power Tool. I watched them work on my car. Before releasing my car to me the technician checked the other 3 tires and we noticed there a lug nut on one of the tires that should not have been put on because it was not the right size, it was a longer lug nut. I want to give Darrius credit and acknowledging him for handling the situation very professionally and the way a Store Manager should have. I am going to make this abundantly clear this Rimtyme got as many stars as they did on the strength of their Store Manager Darrius handling the situation the way he did.....The RIGHT WAY!!”

“Ron runs a great shop here. Honest, flexible (got me in last minute) and builds Business by doing the right thing by his customers. He’s also very engaging and friendly. This was my first experience at the store, and I’m very impressed. I witnessed the interaction with a customer prior to checking me in and listened as Ron honestly explained what was needed, recommended and what could wait. After doing my Oil and filter change (only thing I came in for) at a discount due to a coupon, his mechanic and he only had one recommendation for me. It was not an urgent matter in need so he understood when I declined the work. Now for perspective, I have a 1997 Avalon and while it has extremely low mileage on it for the model year, it is still a 1997 and mostly original. Time can take a toll. I fully expected to get a LIST of items needed and recommended, but to only have 1 legit recommendation for additional work...I was impressed. This shows me Ron and his crew are honest and have integrity. They rely on this business principle to keep customers coming back. Not try to rip customers off and and stuff the register every time. Ron has definitely captured my future business when needed. I highly recommend Ron and this shop.”

“I don’t really know where to start. My truck had major hail damage. It was a LONG process to say the least to get it repaired. Mike and the staff there was amazing. They kept me updated every step of the way. Mike made sure I was taken care of from day one. Even when my insurance company neglected my request for updates, Mike was there for me. I had heard great things about this Company before taking my truck there. I now have a personal experience of just how great they are. Even if you have wait before they can do your repairs.. Trust me when I say ITS WORTH THE WAIT.. I can’t brag about them enough. If you guys see this review. Thank you again for all your hard work.”
