My entire family has now been tested: my son twice by Radeas; my husband & I once by Radeas. They continue to be efficient in testing and returning results.

What an easy and comfortable experience! You drive up in your car and will be handed a kit that have simple instructions. You’ll get to swab yourself which was a big deal to me. I got my results back in 9 hours. I appreciate Wake County for making this a free service to the community! Hopefully it will encourage people to tested.

I have gone here multiple times to test myself and my children. It is quick and efficient. The instructions are simple to follow. The staff are friendly and helpful. You do not have to present ID, insurance, or any documentation. The results return fast. On two occasions I received results within a couple of hours. I went to the Wake Forest location. I would highly recommend testing here.

Very quick and minimal contact. Less than 30 secs of interaction. I stayed in my car. All employees masked and social distanced. Still very nice and courteous. Quick & cool system. Very helpful if you’re good on your smart phone. You need a smart phone to do the paperwork.

I have used this facility three times over the past four months (two tests for me and one for my daughter). The staff have this site setup and run with military precision and speed. It was so convenient! I pulled up was handed everything I would need and was directed to a parking spot where I followed their very simple instructions to self-administer the test. The staff came by to collect my sample and answer my questions. They were very helpful and patient! Because the tests are performed on site, I got the results sent through text message within 24 hours (you have two options: text or through email) that allow you to access their system and view/print the results. It was so fast, so convenient, and I didn’t have to wait or make an appointment. I highly recommend it!
