Kristy & her team make living here such a bliss! Exceptional customer service, prompt response to inquiries- not that you'll have many since the amenities here are top of the class! The whole team made my out of state move effortless, as, all was competently coordinated ahead of time.

Hawthorne at the Forest is a great place to make home. Kristy and Mara are the best! They are friendly and willing to go out of their way, even after office hours, to help with anything you may need. They were quick to respond to my inquiries and address any concerns I had. My hot water wasn't running due to a malfunction in my hot water heater and they were quick to get it addressed! From great amenities to location, Hawthorne has everything you need to make your home!

Kristy at Hawthorne at the Forest is fabulous! From coming in on a holiday at the last minute to show me several models while I was in the area touring apartments, to always quickly answering all of my questions (via email, text and phone call) throughout the process. Kristy has gone above and beyond and I would 100% recommend Hawthorne at the Forest and Kristy and her team to anyone looking to move to the area. The floor plans, amenities and relationships/friendliness makes Hawthorne at the Forest a gem.

The very pleasing to the eye Hawthorne at the Forest is quickly becoming a "Diamond In The Rough" and I am sure will become the premier apartment home community in the Wake Forest area. The floor plans are more than accommodating, the interior features are very appealing, and the onsite amenities are fabulous. Community Manager Kristy Holland showed a genuine interest in helping me find the apartment that met my needs and took time from her "Saturday night off" to answer questions and streamline the application approval process for me. Most resident managers would not have gone the extra mile. I'm looking forward to calling Hawthorne at the Forest home.

Hawthorne at the Forest is an amazing new community. The property manager Kristy has been working closely with me, helping me along the process of applying and choosing the right apartment home for my family and I. She is wonderful. Her and Hawthorne really care about the people in the community they are building. Most complexes are out for the money, but here they care about the people which is rare and absolutely amazing. The amenities here, are also off the wall. Amazing offerings and even better management. I’m looking forward to calling Hawthorne at the Forest my home.
