(November 8, 2022, 6:11 am)I was trying to replace a kitchen faucet but as soon as I began to loosen the line from the valve, the pipe broke where it threads into the cold water line. I made calls to multiple plumbing companies, but most were understandably booked for the day. Wake Forest Plumbing called me back within a couple hours and said they had someone available to head my way. Austin arrived shortly after and tried one option that didn’t work due to having older pipes. He explained my other options then quickly went to work on cutting out and replacing that section of pipe. In no time he was done and I had water again. I can’t say enough about how responsive and courteous Austin and Wake Forest Plumbing were, and the cost of the repair was fair and probably less than I’ve paid others to do easier jobs.

(October 21, 2022, 11:30 am)A fencing company hit our main water line leaving us with no water. Called Wake Forest Plumbing and they had a guy out within a few hours. They were very fair with us, made the repair, and had our water back on within 45 minutes. Great customer service and honest and fair with the prices charged. I appreciate them getting us up and running quickly and cost efficiently!

Outdoor plumbing for our outside sink/kitchen fixed. Inside replaced water heater and corrected multiple installation errors from previous work. Found a leak that was previously repaired with electrical tape. So amazing. Really Really happy.
100% recommended. 5 STAR!!!
