(October 13, 2020, 10:46 am)I thought my battery had never been replaced in my motorcycle. The battery I removed turned out to be only 2 years old as I had forgotten I changed it in 2018. When I changed the battery in 2018, I purchased it from Batteries Plus. The sales person did not try to validate my 2018 purchase until after I drove home with a new battery in hand and researched my charge account, at which point I found that I purchased the battery in July 2018. I then had to call the store back and then they looked for the receipt. Once they found it, they advised me I could bring the battery back for refund. It would have been better if after they told me the battery was replaced in 2018 that they they looked for the receipt before I left the store (which is 15 miles from my home).
