Michelle is absolutely wonderful. She listens to you and really does all she can to help. In my case she has worked wonders. I've had issues with muscle tightness in my legs for years. I've tried muscle activation therapy, chiropractic, assisted stretching and orthopedic docs. None of it helped. Within one or two visits with Michelle I experienced improvements. Michelle's hard work is allowing me to train for a hiking trip I was worried I might have to cancel. And she solved an issue with inner leg pain/tightness that I thought I might just have to live with. I am so grateful to Michelle for improving my quality of life!

I reached out to Michelle after my lady doctor dismissed my amenorrhea as early menopause, based on a single lab result... and despite no health conditions or family history that would otherwise justify that diagnosis. I believed it was due to years of taking the pill, plus a string of exceptional stress events (work and life).

In my first appointment with Michelle, we discussed goals and potential outcomes (including potentially not getting *all* the results I hoped for, if indeed my lady doctor was right). Within a couple of sessions my body was responding to treatment, and I was much calmer, relaxed, focused-- within a couple of months, my body was 'waking up' and starting to recover.
