“I was referred to Baileys to do a pre-purchase septic inspection. Glen came out and spent 45 minutes searching about an acre of wooded lot for our drain field to no avail. Unfortunately the septic permit did not accurately pinpoint the location of the field and as hard as he tried, Glen was unable to locate it. Instead of pushing forward without this key piece of the inspection and charging us, he recommended that we call the original septic installers and provided us some great tips and education, at no charge. Upon calling the competitor who installed the system, I was informed the cost would not only be 50% more than Baileys but they would charge me 50 dollars additional to pull the permit!! I was stunned. I called Baileys back and spoke to Diane, whom I had already had the pleasure of speaking with to schedule the appointment, and she kindly forwarded the copy of the permit to me without hesitation. The permits can easily be found online , without cost ( as I was informed). Needless to say, even though Baileys could not assist me with my inspection, they have earned my respect, gratitude and my future business from conducting business the right way.”
