I decided it was time to start finally getting back in the gym; I was highly skeptical about Cross fit as I feared it would be impossible after my long break from fitness. Happy to say thus far, Dr.(s) Vardy and Beck have been incredible at helping me ease back into working out. They are incredibly knowledgable and patient for newcomers to crossfit. It is evident the staff cares about their customers well being; They will push you, but not past your limit. “They have a GREAT Hair Salon there !! Maria is THE BEST Hairdresser ! She teaches me Espaniol while she's trimming my hair....my HEAD hair ! And she trims off my long beard so I can shave the stubble off. She trimmed my ear hair, & my eyebrows too ! I got to talk with her little daughter, & her husband ! All that for only $1500 !!!! What a deal !! I'll be going back before another year passes !!! Oh, all her hair cutters are SHARP as NEW !!! And Maria put some kind of GREAT sexy smelling 'aftershave' on my face too ! I walked out walking 2 feet off the ground !”
