We have bought and sold several homes in recent years, and Cynthia truly stands out as the best agent we've worked with. She was super competent, professional, reliable and responsive. She really went the extra mile to help us sell a unique home that appealed to a narrow group of buyers. Unlike a previous high-end home that we paid a substantial monthly fee to have professionally staged, Cynthia arranged a terrific staging (including one piece of her own furniture!) and spectacular photography and video (including aerial shots with drones) at no cost to us. She arranged to have someone check the home regularly when we were away, and took extra care to minimize health risks with showings during the pandemic. She handled our anxieties and questions with patience and good humor. Highly recommended.

This was my third time working with Cynthia having bought and sold a home with her previously. When I decided it was time to sell a rental property I'd owned for the last 13 years, I knew that if I wanted to sell for top dollar, I should call Cynthia. We discussed the house and a plan to sell it. I live in Texas now, so I was counting on Cynthia for her expertise as well as trusting her to assist with the sales process more than if she was working with someone local. Cynthia was amazing from the very beginning. As soon as my tenant vacated, Cynthia walked through the house and recommended some improvements. She arranged for a cleaning company, a painter and a handyman who all completed their work professionally and for a decent price. We decided on a sales price together and she staged the home and took pictures that really highlighted the strengths of the home. We got a lot of traffic from her marketing efforts right away. Cynthia was always prompt with feedback on showings and navigating through the various offers we received. After declining a few offers, we landed in a situation where we had competing offers and I was able to sell the home for $10K over our original asking price. After the inspections were done, and making a few other repairs to the home (again, Cynthia and her team arranged everything) we closed on the home this past Friday.
