Gosh this place is amazing. It may be a chain but it was the most personalized, pleasant shopping experience I've had in awhile. The store is super clean even with all the pets coming in and out. But really what got me was how helpful, knowledgeable, and caring the staff is. The prices may be slightly higher than other shops but it's worth the small premium for both the quality and service. They stand by their products and are flexible with returns, and they're generous with samples to see what your pup likes. Our dog was ecstatic to visit and be loved on, and we got some great products. We will definitely be back, maybe even to try the self-service bath.

I adore this place! So see Gretchen for all your questions regarding your dog needs..I have a 16 year- old ACD suffers from arthritis and she helped me find the right combo for his new diet and inflammation concerns when I was in an emotional state. A neighborhood store is always my go to for my sweet guy! Lots sales and promotions of top notch dog treats I would never try without the promos. The loyalty program is decent as well. Everyone who works there is so welcoming and loves to help you find the best product for your fur baby.

The staff here are so sweet and knowledgeable. You can tell they are passionate about their work and care about your pets. Area is very clean and well managed. I will definitely be coming back for any of my dogs needs! Easiest 5 stars I've given a place.

I came here as a last resort to find some new food to help my GSD puppy. He had been experiencing digestive problems for over a month and we felt our vet was not providing us with options to help. We were watching our poor puppy waste away before our eyes. Gretchen greeted me at the door and I figured I would ask her opinion because I was so lost. Based on the issues I described, she suggested the best brand of pre-made raw to use for our dog. Within 3 days, a month of severe digestive problems were GONE. Our boy has gained weight, has more energy, performs better when training, and is all around a different dog. We went from watching him suffer to watching him thrive!

All of the staff are excellent and friendly every time I visit! They have high quality products, especially for those that feed raw. I can’t say enough good things about this store and am forever thankful for Gretchen and the help she provided!
