I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, which was nice. Berenice introduced herself and started helping me to get an upgrade. She was great, any questions I had, she had answers for. She was very helpful in figuring out what would be best for me. She was really friendly not pushy. The whole process took awhile longer than I anticipated, but that is because she was the only one there. There were people coming in to the store, the phone had to be answered twice, and she got to it all in a very professional and efficient way. Her multi-tasking skill level has to be maxed out. Computer stuff over here, phone to the left, customer to the right, prioritizing, while maintaining her professionalism. So, the only reason it's not five stars is because it would have been faster if there had been another employee. But Berenice was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I walked into your store and Jazmin offered to help me. She treated me like VIP!! I can not tell you how wonderful she was but I'll try. She did every little thing for me. I sat in my chair and she literally waited on me. I felt so special. She answered every single question I had and was the perfect salesperson! No pressure about anything and she actually listened to me and remembered stuff I told her at the very beginning of our conversation!! I was extremely impressed with Jazmin and will definitely look for her the next time I go in and need anything. Thank you Jazmin for making this one of the most pleasant visits I've ever had!! PS yes I love the phone!! Thanks again!!!

I've had another great experience with this Particular Verizon store. Employees were both very professional. Working with Jasmine, the Communications were top notch, and the walk in experience took less than 1.5 hours including the phone transfer which was majority of the time consumer. From the upfront information and accurate time expectancy for the transfer - I will be returning to this store.

Jazmin is FANTASTIC. Super patient and knowledgeable on everything in the store. Helped me transfer my entire life from my old iPhone 6 to a new iPhone 13. She answered all my questions as this upgrade was quite extensive as it had been 6-7 years since my last “new” phone was an iPhone 6. I recommend Zebulon Verizon to anyone and Jasmine should be your first and only rep you will need.
