I am the Marketing Representative for Lititz Mutual Insurance Company and have worked with Christel for the past seven years. She is a very good insurance agent and would highly recommend her to handle your insurance needs. She is very professional, thorough and conscientious.

She told my how much my insurance would cost and i told her i'll drive over to see her in person and get this insurance done. After seeing the past review, I was very skeptical of this agency. However, working in Customer Service, I find that people who have issues with questions, either have issues with eligibility of a requested service or the legitimacy of a claim. Knowing this, I decided to go ahead and give Affirmative Insurance Services a try. As pulled in right off of the main road through Zebulon (so easy access and in clear sight) the building was very quaint and pleasant. Walking in, the office was very clean, organized and smelled great (loved her candle). I got greeted by the owner of the business, Christel, who was ready to help right away. The phone rang several times, however, because I was in her office I was made priority. Unfortunately now in businesses that doesn’t happen often so needless to say I liked that a lot. She would either take their name and number to reach them when she was finished with me or if there was a break while I was filling out a paper, she would handle them quickly and efficiently. To my understanding every question she asked was completely appropriate and pertinent to my inquiry for insurance coverage etc. Overall my experience was very pleasant and effective. In the future, should I require any additional coverage for anything, she will be the one I look and ask for first. Thank you Christel at Affirmative Insurance Services!
