“The use of the APP was easy and fast. The office called me a couple of days prior to pick up and confirmed. They had the car I asked for and also offered upgrades for a minimal increase. I stayed with the same car. The check out and check in were very fast. The car was excellent except as for on issue; the alarm would sound once parked and locked so we had to leave it unlocked for the whole period we had it. We didn't keep any valuables in the car so it worked out but this could have been problematic for others. I did call the office and informed them of the issue and they did advise me to go to the local office where they can switch the vehicle for me however the local office was too busy and i could not get through to them on the phone. It all worked out and we had a nice trip. I will certainly rent from Enterprise again.”

“A Dodge Journey is an SUV I suppose, but totally looked like a minivan (aka soccer mom). I didn't like the vehicle but had no other choices. Wishing there was more selection. I had over 2000 miles to drive and Alamo was very helpful, must wasn't happy from the start. They had the best price but sure wish there was a reward system. Without one, loyalty isn't an option. When I returned the car I got charged nearly 4000 instead of 900. Luckily my card company flagged it as fraud. In the end, someone got it right. Nice people to work with”
