“This is a great strength and powerlifting gym. It is more for specialized training. It is not a big box gym crowded with hundreds of people. There are no showers or locker rooms even though they're are restrooms. They have mostly free weights instead of resistance machines. I like that you can focus on your goals. There is 24 Hour access via an app. You can have a basic membership. You can also add a strength training program. Then you can add specialized sessions. Those are at an additional cost. I've been doing that since May of 2021 and have lost 10 pounds of pandemic fat, built tone, muscle, mobility, agility, and strength. "Follow the program!" If you want to get into power lifting, this is a great place to really focus on your goals, without distractions.”

“Anyone ranks this gym below 5 stars is likely impossible to please! I recently began going to HPC after more than a year of health issues kept me away from the gym. I decided it was time to start finally getting back in the gym; I was highly skeptical about Cross fit as I feared it would be impossible after my long break from fitness. Happy to say thus far, Dr.(s) Vardy and Beck have been incredible at helping me ease back into working out. They are incredibly knowledgable and patient for newcomers to crossfit. It is evident the staff cares about their customers well being; They will push you, but not past your limit. The entire HPC community is highly supportive regardless of your current fitness levels/specific needs. HIGHLY recommend!”

“This is my second time using Carpet Pro Cleaners. When they arrived, the technician remembered the problem areas and was extremely careful with these areas when cleaning. My carpet is 20 years old and I can't express how good it looks. The three (3) technicians were very friendly, professional and took their time cleaning the carpets. When they were finished the carpets looked amazing. I highly recommend this company.”

“HAVAC was my daughter's First club experience. Coach Steve is "Amazing." If your child is fortunate enough to play for him it will be a great experience. Some of the girls were kind of clickish, and left my daughter out at times, but she did find some to bond with. Parents of the girls were "phenomenal." I wish we could parent the way we were brought up, we might have just a tad bit more unity today. "Overall Great!" Experience.....”

“This was my first time experiencing any type of self care especially a massage. I wasn’t sure what to expect and I was kind of nervous. First walking into Serasana; they’re so friendly and welcome you by name as if they already know you. The masseuse that I had was Taylor, she is so kind and definitely made me feel more comfortable about massage. She would talk through what she was going to do and always checked to ensure that I was enjoying the experience. I can say that the massage really helped my muscle tension and I felt/still feel amazing after! The environment was so calming and relaxing. I am definitely going to go back as I am sure my muscle will need it! Highly recommend asking for Taylor!!”

“Both of my children (ages 5 and 6.5) have been taking weekly ninja classes for more than a year. They have also done multiple days of ninja camp at Rock Solid. They love walking in and having the coaches know their names. They have grown leaps and bounds both physically and emotionally. They have more confidence in their abilities and they are more willing to take risks. We HIGHLY recommend Rock Solid Warrior camps and classes.”

“Joining this team has been great! The staff and team members are very knowledgeable and helpful. Been going here for about 5 months and have learned quite a bit. Transitioning from doing karate my whole life to kick boxing has been quite an adventure so far. Coach Don has been a great mentor and instructor. My 2 boys are also doing kick boxing and really enjoy all the techniques and lessons they are learning. Definitely recommend trying out this gym!”

“I am going to be blunt here. This is the place to get stronger. The environment fosters (if anything, FORCES) growth. The air is different, their approach to programming is methodical and concise. It is apparent that the coaches, staff, members, and all in between are there with purpose and don't simply act as cheerleaders. They critique, cue, and facilitate progression. 6 weeks time here has show more growth than a year of self training.”

“I've always been an active person. Growing up, I played 3 sports in high school and then club sports in college. As I've aged - I"m now 51 with a career, wife, kids - the time I had to invest in fitness began to decrease dramatically. Furthermore, without a coach around to help guide me and a "team" to help support me, mustering up the motivation and will power wasn't easy. I realized that I needed to find new ways to stay in shape. I joined CrossFit Coordinate in Apex a little over a year ago and instantly felt "at home" and excited about working out. The community there is like no other I have been a part of.....the people are so positive, supportive, and encouraging. I'm talking people of all ages, shapes and skill levels. (From a 14 yr old girl up to 65 yr old men, from housewives to men competing in the CrossFit Games!) And the access provided was perfect for me as it allows for 24/7 access so I can come and do a scheduled workout when my time allows and, when it doesn't, I can get in there on my own. The workouts there are focused on functional fitness (look it up!) and they are all certainly challenging. But the best part about it is that they are only as hard as you want them to be. All of the daily workouts are well programmed and different every day. The focus is on bodyweight movements, weight lifting, and cardio, and each workout is scalable. (I do this daily!) And, for me, that's the key to anything - making sure it fits your skill level, your ability and your intensity. Finally, another first class part about this place are the owners and coaches. The owners are there on a daily basis managing the operations, coaching classes and interacting with the members, even working out along side of us when space allows. Furthermore, the coaches are all very knowledgeable and seem to have my health and best interests at heart. They teach us proper form on a daily basis, watch our movements to ensure safety, and encourage us to push ourselves when possible yet slow down when necessary . And find a lot of time to laugh at ourselves when things are, and aren't, going well. I can honestly say that I look forward to going to CrossFit Coordinate on a daily basis. Whether it's at 6am, 7am, or 5:30pm, it's one of my favorite times of day. I get to exercise with people of all shapes and ages and we're all in it together....pushing each other and having some fun. It's a great community and a place I highly recommend.”
