“I scheduled an appointment with Douglas Carroll after a previous salon had ruined my hair… it was literally 3 different colors and damaged from a perm and this salon took such good care of me. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcome by everyone. The atmosphere there is absolutely amazing and everyone is helping everyone. I had Chelsea who corrected my color issue and my hair looks absolutely amazing you would never know it was once three different colors. Steve did my hair cut and it was the best haircut experience that I have ever had. Both of them were so knowledgeable about their expertise and made sure I was happy and comfortable throughout the whole process. I went in last week and the service was amazing from the moment I first called the salon to the moment I left. Brie was very kind and accommodating when I called and was able to get me in the salon within the hour which was exactly what I needed! When I arrived I was immediately greeted and taken care of. Jen and Meghan were absolutely amazing and made sure my experience was nothing but great. I went in with a long bob wanting a drastic change and Jen delivered the perfect pixie cut! I showed her a few different styles and pictures because I was unsure of what I wanted but Jen knew exactly what to do and I couldn't be happier with it! I was also pleased with the fact that a few days after my appointment, I received a voicemail from the salon following up on how I feel about my haircut. Catie has been taking care of my hair for years and is consistently the only person who does my hair and leaves me happy about the outcome! She is fabulous about listening to my ideas or suggesting some fun trends she thinks will work well with my lifestyle, job, and the fact that I live so far away (so low-maintenance is key)! I always receive so many compliments on my haircut and balayage whenever I leave my appointments, and Catie is also great about recommending products or making sure I get the best/healthiest hair within my budget. I have also never felt pressured to do purchase anything specific, which I really appreciate about her. The salon itself is super cute and all of the staff there is lovely and friendly!
