When I walked in there was one guy making pizza, making wigs, boxing the food, cashiering, and answering the phones. “I’ve always had a great experience here. I know during covid and the lack of employees places have been experiencing recently has created a bit of a challenge for this store. I know when the delivery time is long on the website it will take a while before I can get my food. Obviously it’s just common sense not to order if I’m not willing to wait that long or longer. The drivers are always so polite and I know they drive as fast as they safely can in order to get the house. Anytime I’ve had an issue with my order I call & comply with whatever the policy is. 99% of the time they will fix a reasonable mistake that all humans make. I think it’s easy to forget service workers are still just people trying to work & pay their bills and not our personal servants. Love this place!”

We decided to try Chanello's based off of a flyer in our mailbox. I am so glad we did. They make some of the best pizza/garlic knots we have ever had. We have ordered from Chanello's 10 times and every single time, the pizza is insanely good. We get the Steak n' Cheese pizza, probably my favorite one on the menu. The way they cook their pizza crust is also amazing. I never eat the crust on my pizza, but from Chanello's, I always do. I am so glad we live close enough to get this pizza delivered. So good.”
