“Awesome experience at BreakThrough PT in Amberly. Pooja Patel was my therapist for 25+ visits. I found Pooja to be extremely knowledgeable in her field. She went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule after a serious medical issue with needed 1 on 1 time. Pooja listens and more importantly, remembers and adapts to your feedback. You are not just a number to Pooja. She was always friendly and eager to help me see improvement. Kenny Biggs was great as well, always engaging and helpful. Many interns over the summer (Gabe!) helping out were all pleasant to work with. Regarding the review about not following COVID mask protocols. In my experience, masks were on 100% of the time.
