“After driving through the night from Canada to North Carolina I knew my vehicle was in dire need of service. Worried not knowing what the problem was and what I was going to do I luckily found the best help possible just down the road from my accommodations at Leith Volkswagen of Cary. Not having an appointment, unaware of what the cost may run I started fretting how long I would be stuck in this situation far from home. That's when I met Ian Allen an advisor who went above and beyond in getting me back on my way. I received 4 new tires which were brought in same day, alignment(which discovered I needed inner/outer tie rods). I was even worried about my brakes which I received a video from technician Anthony who worked on my vehicle which reassured me that my brakes were good and still had plenty of use left on them. I arrived on a Friday afternoon tired, worried, upset about my whole trip down for this wedding weekend. I received my vehicle Saturday morning in time for all the planned events. I left the dealership very satisfied and reassured a safe trip back home but also a little mind blown on the difference in service levels in which I now envy. I do wish VW Canada and VW USA warranties coincided with each other because I would've much rather serviced everything with you guys!!Your showroom blew my mind with all the vintage buses seeing those was a once in a lifetime for me especially the 21 window bus! Once again I can't thank you enough for the hospitality and generosity I received during my short brief visit. Go!! Canes!! Go!!”

“The African American cashier was EXTREMELY rude to my 69 year old mother today. My mother tried to purchase scratch offs for me and originally asked for the wrong thing and then she remembered and said “oh I’m sorry, not those, I want these instead.” The lady became ill with her and made her stand off to the side while she waited on the other customers. Then she came back to my mom and said “give me the $20!” And my mom thought she had already and said she thought so and the lady just was screaming about how she didn’t get the money yet and yelling about my mom was trying gnto steal from them and made my mom leave the store!! She treated my mother like a criminal when she is just a very forgetful, easily confused 69 year old women. I called to tell her my mom is not a thief and I could not get in a word because this lady screamed at me for two whole minutes and then had the nerve to call me back to say her boss said I didn’t ever have to come back there, like, really? Not only will I not come back, but I’ll be sure everyone knows how we were treated. I hope her boss gets her anger management classes and she could use some social skills too. ****edit: I originally gave one star, but the owner was so nice that I changed it to 4. Thankfully he left his number here to find and I was able to speak with him.”

“This is not a vape shop! This is SPARTA! Other vape shops only wish they could be like this. I've been in vape shops everywhere from Washington State, Californistan, Arizona, New Mexico, Florida, Maine and everything in between And nothing compares to this even close. I'm a 37 year ex smoker And been off cigarettes for going on 3 years , so I'm highly critical of the vape juices I use . I was highly impressed with their in house custom made brand. Their thirst quencher and Burnt ice cream flavors are an absolute dream. When you walk in the place is inviting and relaxed. I met the owner BobbyWho was very knowledgeable. Bobby, and his other guy, sorry I didn't get his name, poured me a memosa cider (I hate beer) and took the time to get to know me and to explain how and why he created this perfect little environment. I'm definitely going to make this "MY HIDEAWAY". I encourage y'all to stop by and see for yourself!..... did I mention they have plenty of craft beers as well as all the regular beers.... did I mention this would be a great place to take the wife on the bike and have a nightcap before finishing a long Saturday of riding in the country.... did I mention.... I got plans for this place!....lol”

“Justin, Jimmy, Brian, and Tommy at Inland boat company, were incredible to deal with. They made the buying process smooth and easy from start to finish, all the way through. From the first time we walked in the door they made us feel like we are part of the family. Answered every question and need that we had all the way through from start to finish. They even took us out on the lake and taught us how to use the boat which was incredible to us. They spent time dealing with our children fitting life jackets and making everybody feel important. I highly recommend the team there to anybody looking for a boat. In the future if we ever decide the trade the boat in this is where we will be going. “**Review centered around pocket pets: Very clean and organized store! I stopped by to purchase more pellets for my guinea pigs and the options were pretty limited so I did have to get a different brand than my piggies are used to. I did notice the hamsters had fresh pellets and even some treats so that made me happy to see! It is no surprise that the tanks the pocket pets are kept in are far too small, however I am happy to say each habitat was clean and fresh with food, treats, and water at the very least!”
