Usually, I have to do my research before entering nutritional stores because I find that the majority of the time, the sales associate either didn't understand my needs, wasn't knowledgeable on all their products or was pushing a certain product on me but not here! I love going to Xpert because their staff is so knowledgeable and kind. “This salvage yard isn't just pick your own parts, they also have a huge inventory of parts already pulled in their warehouse and have some new inventory as well. Just came to pick up a wheel for my 2014 Toyota Corolla and Jackson Auto saved me over $120 compared to prices quoted to me from my dealership & at least $25-45 when compared many other tire shops. I also came here 5yrs ago to replace wheel covers that were stolen off my vehicle while I was at work. Saved me a good deal of money back then as well. Customer service was solid. Professional & polite. The owner's wife was at the front desk and the owner fulfilled my order request himself in person. I drive out here from Chapel Hill and when K call ahead to make sure they have the part I need, it's always been worth the trip while running other errands that take me out to Raleigh. I don't quite understand the low ratings/reviews, but I can only speak to my experiences here which have always been great. Thanks for making sure my ride is road-worthy.”

“My 12 year old son and I did a discovery class and OW certification during COVID. There was only one pool in the area available so scheduling with the pool was challenging. Ken and Kevin were very responsive and gave a lot of special attention to my son to ensure we could both learn the skills being taught. This included a special 1 on 1 OW dive. I also have purchased a bc from them. They were very flexible scheduling a time to assemble the equipment and spent 2 hours helping me put everything together and answering all of my questions. We will definitely take more classes/trips through By The Shore. I love being able to support local businesses through equipment purchases as well. It is an added bonus that their prices are the same or better than internet prices. Great shop and good people.”
