The owner was out, but graciously agreed to meet me at the store. She had exactly what I was looking for, a short length of polished chrome chain. I was thrilled. I had been unable to complete this job for weeks all because of a foot of chain! The owner refused to let me pay her, so I would like to repay her with a review and recommendation. If she tprovides this type of excellent customer service to a stranger in need, I can only imagine the excellent service she provides to her customers.
