It would be nice if they wouldn't have such a high turn around in staff. It makes me wonder why they can't keep their staff for long. I witnessed bullying in our store. It was sad. This is something Tractor Supply Co. should prioritize. Invest in your staff and the sky is the limit.”

“The Pho here is great! The taste and portion size are fantastic! The open ceiling and clean furniture gives the environment a nice touch. The only thing that didn’t go very well at this restaurant was the lack of sprouts. My family and I came here on 04/10/2021. We ordered 4 regular-sized pho noodle soups and only got enough sprouts for one noodle soup. When we told the waitress, she said that she would come back with more sprouts. However after we finished our meals, she came back and said that the kitchen ran out of sprouts. Because of this experience, I am only giving this 4 stars.”

“This is a great service company for medical equipment. We contract with them for the repair and maintenance of our anesthesia machines and the other medical equipment in our surgery center. They always respond promptly to repair calls. Although I must admit that ever since they implemented their preventive maintenance program, we have not had any incidences of equipment malfunction. They provided us with an online interface to view videos, pictures and text reports from all service events. I’ve never seen a company operate with such integrity. They also perform the annual testing and re-certification of our isolated power systems and line isolation monitors, and provide us with the documentation and support required to pass Joint Commission evaluations. Their unbiased equipment consulting services prevented us from getting taken advantage of by unscrupulous medical equipment brokers. They are an invaluable asset to any surgery center.”

The sales representative that assisted us, Herman Chavez, went above and beyond to make sure I was able to select exactly the right flooring for my needs. Over the course of weeks he was responsive and helpful, always professional and, more than once, had samples sent to us so that we could easily find the look we wanted. Once the order was placed he kept in touch with us and, surprisingly, the were delivered earlier than expected. The two gentlemen that installed the floor did not stop for a minute and were informative and polite. My living room was left immaculate. I highly recommend this business to anyone that is looking for any type of flooring for their home.”

“I have been a customer of RH since 2017, having furnished 90% of my primary residence in Durham and my vacation home in SC with RH furniture and decor. In the last month, I furnished a guest bedroom with RH furniture after moving my daughter’s existing furniture to her new apartment. With the RH Members Program, I received 25% savings on everything, which made the products more affordable than the regular pricing (and not more expensive than Pottery Barn and Arhaus brands). Over these past 3 years of shopping at RH, I have been extremely pleased with the customer service, delivery and quality. In the few instances where there was an issue, RH resolved it immediately without giving me any trouble. The delivery process is consistently easy - always on time and efficient. The delivery team was even efficient delivering to my vacation home in SC where there was no good parking for their truck. I was a nervous wreck but the delivery team handled it all with poise! I have had issues at other furniture retailers, but never with RH, so I will always be a loyal customer. My only suggestion to RH is to consider going back to offering more traditional furniture styles - they seem to be moving too much into the modern and contemporary style, but that doesn’t appeal to everyone. They need to keep a mix of styles.”
